Like a modest walk or bike ride?

Hi

 

I do something nearly every day, mostly a walk up the Pilgrims Trail or 2km up to Montathan waterfall .

 

I have some muscle weakness at the moment so though I'm typically fit it won't be an athletic event and during this burning season I'll be doing little or no jogging to avoid heavy breathing.

 

I have a couple of friends who often come but at least one is leaving for some months.

Don't want to go in a big group one or two walking pals would be nice.

 

Usually about 4.30 or 5 start for an hour or hour and half.

 

Anyone interested?

 

ps for ageists Im late 60s but till my little leg prob could recently cycle or walk up Doi Suthep no prob.
