I had a mate who couldn't organise a piss-up in a brewery, so his wife did it for him on the anniversary of his stage night

It was the United Kingdom.  Pissed-up Scots blokes are free to travel the length and breadth, and live and work in Manchester to their heart’s content.  That’s what makes our country great.

If only there would be a way to extend those privileges to even larger area, say to Portugal for example.. It would make the country even greater..
