TM30

Hi, I am ask by my school to do a TM30 reporting at Bangkok before extending my ed visa at Nakhon Pathom.

 

My condo owner has prepared for me the signed TM30, copy/sign of his ID and the house registration. But he gave me a copy of his own house registration and not the condo one. Is that the house registration the immigration is looking for or will I need him to give me a copy of the house registration for the condo? I understand as this is his second property, the condo house registration would not have his name, will that be fine?

you need docs from where YOU are staying...

Also dont forget the POA from ur landlord which he needs sign, (an the 2 5  baht tax stamps) so he does not need go with you.

He is not in Phuket where they want the power of attorney. Other offices do not require it.
