Currently I'm working on a school. My contract ends on the 15th of May, the same as my work permit. I will quit my job and stop working in Thailand but go back once a year to work in my home country. I'm on a Non-O ME at the moment.

My visa has nothing to do with my work permit so my question is, do I have to go (with or without school) to the ministry of labour to cancel my work permit?

If I don't go, my WP will expire, same as my contract. I won't work there anymore so in my opinion I don't have to go there.

Thanks in advance!
