Except the IDF don't operate ambulances in London. Hatzola is a charity. There are multiple independant charities. In Israel, Hatzola is not recognised as a full ambulance service. And you know what, they provide vital aid to Palestinians as well, operating on the West Bank. Israeli citizens, Jew or Arab, are forbidden to enter Palestine. However, roads in the West Bank are shared, so they attend RTAs, and work with the respective EMS crews to hand off patients. Yes, some ambulances getting burnt up in London is not comparable to 130+ Ambulances and crews being targeted in Gaza. You've made a false comparison. On the face of it a truck ploughing into a crowded German Christmas market is not as bad as being on the end of a GBU-72 in Tehran, but I don't think anyone will be uttering that in December 2026. The old adage two wrongs don't make a right. The buffoons who attacked the ambulances; if they trying to make a point, tey screwed up. The attacked the wrong people.
