webfact Posted March 22, 2018 Share Posted March 22, 2018 WATCH: Brazen ‘foreign’ thief caught on camera stealing bag in Phuket This is the moment a brazen thief steals a bag at a market in Phuket. Grainy footage shows thief, who appears to be of Western appearance, wearing a black hat and black black t-shirt. He’s sat behind a table of four people who are eating. Placed on a stool next to them is the black bag the thief steals. Throughout the 4 minute, 49 second clip, the thief can be seen acting suspiciously, appearing to speak on his phone as he waits for the moment he can steal the bag. In the video, the man can be seen stealing the bag from around 4 minutes 25 seconds. Once he steals the bag, the thief hides it under his jacket, stands up and brazenly walks away. His actions during the whole clip were shifty, watching/looking around just pretending to use his phone. Hope he is caught, and severely punished. The CCTV was practically focused on him. Body language all wrong, nothing, not even a drink on his table. I thought the girl on the right in the group had him figured out twice, but she seemed to disregard him. Still, shows how easy it can be when you let your guard drop for even seconds.
