The taxi man had an excuse; yea!! He would say something like that. More likely he was thinking about Thai boxing or chicken fighting or something; not about the poor ladies' condition. Would he have been so uncaring if the lady was about to give birth? Probably he underestimated her urgency! Maybe he couldn't understand her so well.

All taxi drivers should be semi-fluent in English. "Want shit." "Ok; I know place."

But the lady was wearing a hat so she should have shat in the hat.

She was Chinese. The driver Thai. Why 'English'? Maybe semi-fluent in Mandarin?

Got to love the original title ผู้โดยสารชาวจีนอุจจาระราดใส่รถ แล้วไม่รับผิดชอบ ROTFL

Think will stick to Grab next time in BKK.

Pour feces into the car.............nice :(

Because English is the language of international travel?

You expect the driver to  be semi fluent in every language?

on occasion abdominal pain can become very severe and basically cannot control and hold in anymore. the driver could not get her to a toilet soon enough so nature took over. better in the taxi then on the sidewalk. she did not do it purposely to offend the driver. that is an ocpoopational hazard for any taxi as is vomit or children peeing.  just part of the taxi business.

How much was the peasant taxi driver asking for ? 200 baht or 20k

That was more than a bit unfair.   We know she did something totally wrong but there is no mention that he was misbehaving in his service to her.   I take taxis a lot in BKK from time to time and there a lot of really nice drivers there.  Not exactly a fun job but they are not all crooks or peasants.  Yes, I do get annoyed sometimes when they decline the fair because the one way system will tie them up too much.  Frequently just cross the street than often fixes the problem  because it is easier when facing the other direction.

Copper probably didn't know what to do. He knew that he couldn't shake down a chinese woman and that bringing her in would be too much of a hassle. Driver should have taken photos of the person and could have reported her to the Chinese embassy. They do take such incidents seriously. She probably dumped on the rubber mat. Not the biggest issue and certainly easier to clean up than the usual projectile vomiting from our  wonderful lager lout and chav contingent with their lovely tats.

You get the award for the best "Rosey specs" post of the week. Would love her to come and shit on your doorstep.

The woman must have been dreadfully embarrassed.

Dreadfully embarrassed?! A Chinese?

Google puctures of Chinese sh!tting in Hong Kong. The hong kong Chinese hate the heathen mainland hoard. Google the pictures. Not one looks embarrassed. As a matter of fact, they have the same blank expression a dog would have.

Ok the taxi driver said he could not go because of the cones, well we all know if he thought it was for his benefit he would go regardless.I blame the driver for being obstinent as per usual,im also sure he could have parked and she could have ran over to the toilet.we all know what these taxi drivers want for nothing,so he paid the price,no big deal but he tried to make out it was the customers fault, this time it doesent work that way,his call to the police was his downfall.if he had the meter on then he would have no problem waiting, she could have had a metered s..t.legally.A lot to be said by using the old meter.

No, I was just wondering why the assumption would be 'English'. Your first point though is not unreasonable.
