There are a couple of posts referring to Interpol red notices being withdrawn but just because a red notice is not visible to the public on the Interpol website, does not mean it has been withdrawn.

 

As stated on Interpol's website:

Only those notices approved for public dissemination appear on this website (the full list of Notices is available to authorized users via INTERPOL's Information System).

So if you are not an 'authorized user' - meaning a person working in law enforcement, you will not see all the notices that are in effect.
