Once upon a time, at the Nature Beach Resort, LBeach, Koh Chang, I had a customer who ordered a Pancake with no milk, and no eggs (tjing tjing!). Of course she was laughed right off the resort. (You prez likes their people btw). She might be offended by it. Not that anyone would care about the poor soul.
