UAVs Attack Oil Refinery in Russia’s Perm On the morning of August 21, Ukrainian long-range UAVs attacked an oil refinery in the Russian city of Perm. Perm Refinery The Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez oil refinery is a key industrial facility in the Perm region. The refinery’s design capacity is around 13 million tons of crude oil per year. It produces gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, and lubricants, and also processes associated petroleum gas. A drone attack warning was issued in the region in the morning. Perm Airport also suspended operations. The Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez has been repeatedly targeted by the Ukrainian Defence Forces’ drones. The strikes took place on July 29, May 8, and May 7. Another drone attack was carried out on April 30.
