Aspaltso Posted April 15, 2018 Share Posted April 15, 2018 I was a teacher in Muang Chaiyaphum back in 2009 and was told a story about a german expat intentionally infecting girls with hiv. I came across the old thai visa article from 2004 in regards to this case. Does anyone know what has happened to this guy? Is he still in Thailand? Is he dead?
