Happens daily here in Oz !!

big problem in NZ too especially against tourists in rentals who don't have a clue how to drive. The Chinese tourist is a big problem though I do get sick of hearing asians can't drive. A Kiwi would go straight into panic mode in peak hour traffic in BKK of Shanghai. I'm getting a little off topic here but the situation with Chinese in rentals in NZ is they are the wealthy Chinese who can afford an overseas holiday, they also back in China are the same people who don't drive because they can afford a driver. There bad driving is not a true representation of a race. Thailand may have some bad drivers attracting road rage but generally this do a reasonable job negotiating heavily congested roads. Ok mistakes are made but the rage usually starts with not the bad driver but the righteous idiot who was traveling too close or not driving defensively allowing for other driver error. Everybody just needs to calm down when on the road.

Odds are that he, dad, uncle, brother or cousin does, and that is why it's been "dealt with" quietly without the victim or the media being involved.  Membership has it's privileges...

If the media isn't involved how do we get to read and comment about it?
