Have you been down there yourself? You may be able to do this the old-fashioned way? Ask them for assistance, to which they may provide an expedited way for an "express fee". Haven't been down there as from past experience we've had awful experience in situations like these. Spending the day showing up and driving around only to be told we can't do anything is hardly worth the time. Every party involved so far has been completely un-useful. If we had a company that could help us solve it, that would be a bonus. We've chatted with 4 other people who made calls and couldn't get anywhere. A real shame.
