Why not make your own?

Pastry is easy to make, flour, fat, water, just mix and roll out.

Filling you can choose quality meat.

About 30 minutes to make pies, at 5-10bht a pie.

Some do not have kitchen facilities.

Otto Pyrex bowl oven 1,000bht or under at all the big stores.

It's what I use for baking 2-4 pies at a go, all the time.

There's so many foreign retirees coming to isarn these days, the pie business is booming.

Can these pie men obtain work permits? There are at least 3 in khon keen. And also others that deliver pizzas and other food.

I know Steve won't mind me saying this but, the name should really be Buriram Pie Lady. It is Steve's wife that does the work and makes the pies. Steve is a teacher.

She does very well. I think she must have been going for 10 years now.

Id hazard a guess that the businesses are in the wives names like detailed in the above post. Most of the products are very good nether-the-less.

I'm not with you here MaejoMTB. You need to make a decent stew for the filling or else you may as well eat those awful Aussie pies.

Only the English could think suet puddings and cold pork pies are delicious. Is there a government authority that removes their taste buds as soon as they are born?
