Bargain Hunt

Hope we get some good contributions to this thread

 I'm looking for people who have gotten a good deal on big ticket purchases in thailand.

I see a Suzuki swift in classifieds going for 115k seems like a decent deal but onto the housing market and where I am I have been studying the market for over a  year and the same houses are not movin at the prices advertised. Maybe you spotted such occurrences too and did you put in an offer etc?

Please share your experiences on these matters and share your successes.

Maybe you got a great deal on a couple do as the old owner was looking to sell asap?
