webfact Posted May 21, 2018 Posted May 21, 2018 Motorbike thief arrested in Cherng Talay By Kritsada Mueanhawong Cherng Talay Police arrested 39 year old Tookta Prapaimuang at a house in Soi Layan Hill Estate in Srisoonthorn last Wednesday night. Police seized a brown-black Honda Wave motorbike from her. The arrest came after a 29 year old Surasak Saksri filed a report to police that his motorbike, with a Nakhon Sri Thamarat registered license plate, parked in front of his rental room in Soi Cherng Talay, 10 was stolen. Police continued their investigation and found that Tookta was driving the brown-black Honda Wave motorbike with no registration plate in the Baan Bang Jo housing estate. I knew a woman that was renting a cheap car from our friend when he died.She just kept driving it for about six months when the inspection sticker expired.Got away with it for about a month, then one day got stopped by the police.She could not prove where she got the car and went to jail until she got bail.Total charges were over $800.5555 You don't get something for nothing.
