How fair is that to those who had to leave because they didn't get another waiver? And to people who studied for a Diploma, or similar to be legal? If a trainer or a teacher's assistant is making more money than a qualified teacher, there's got to be something wrong. Things are no longer as easy as they used to be. Unqualified teachers now have a hard time finding a decent job. However, I admit it is true that some schools are 'untouchable' because of their connections.
