I thought cannibalism had been made illegal in Thailand (and Germany). Plus I'd imagine, the old guy probably would be pretty tough! 

 

Perhaps a slow cooker interrogation would yield tastier results.

Yeah, police and slow are pretty synonymous.

However, even after the grilling I still see it as a dog police eat dog monk world.

I suppose if it leaves them with a bad taste in the mouth, they could always try desert, even though in the army it is a court marshalling offence: No solder may help another to desert.
