Advice requested please.

My understanding is that 90 day non-imm B (with work permit) can be extendedfor 12 months  up to 45 days before the initial visa expires, even though the rule states that it can normally be officially done 30 days before.

I checked with the company secretary who does this [paperwork and she is adamanant that the rules have "changed" at Chaeng Wattana, and no early extensions are no permitted.   Does anyone have recent experience of doing this early and also is there a link to any website (or a telephone help line) where this can be confirmed?

Thanks for advice.

Chaeng Wattana immigration will accept a application up to 45 days before your permit to stay ends for most extension of stay applications.

If may be different for a extension of stay based upon working since they are one of the most complicated applications. I am sure it can be done earlier than the last day though.
