Something else the difference between these gels and the injections i think are the oils.

seems the injections got oil blended with them and the gels don't..?

if thats the case i think its much better to take the gels to avoid the oils which can lead to more skin problems or am wrong here?

Injections are always oil based. Gels you rub on your body. But with gels you have to watch out for skin to skin contact with women and children and you have to use it every day. And absorption depends on the person.

The oil on the injections has nothing to do with oily skin and acne.

Your wrong and those oils are what give the timed release.  I can't say that i ever get acne. Its only a risk at much higher doses.

Doubtful but some do it to supposedly keep their balls the size they were while I did not notice shrinkage.

If one has low testosterone, then supplementing it, shouldn't cause ball shrinkage though.

And the same for using an AI -Arimdex for example; as if your t level is at a normal level, then there ought not to be excess E2 - Oestradiol.

I can assure you that not one of the anti age doctors I have met would prescribe you hcg.

skin problem and acne comes when I getting low again, and need a new dosage. Im on Nebido now, and after a few shots, everything is back to normal as I was 35 again. First cycle was 6 weeks, then 8 and now 10 I might try to extend it to 12 next shot.  We will see, how I feel, and how my testresoults will be. Nebido is very stedy and good solution for me, but my balls shrinked significant, and at first I was a bit concerned, but now I do not care, unless my gf massage them, I feel a bit unconformtable since they feels small. Just a feeling, and I am not up to make children either, so it is a good birth controll shot as well for me.

I have tried Andriol, and that was my start of new life, and everything I felt I had last came back. Sex endurance and feeling, mood, energy, and waight loss. And I will rather have 10 more good years like this, than 30 years in the state I was moving! I have also tried Androgel 50 mg, but did not like using it, but it also worked well when I was home, and missed out a shot!

I am now concidering another product since I want to administrate it myselves and less cost, but again, I have spent money on bloodtests, learning effects, and what is good for me. Im not boosting just to getting the rush, I have found a good middleway with good resoults not to high and not to low.

Another important facts I have been told, read, and experienced, you need to change your diet, you need to exercise and stop drinking to much of alchohol! TRT will not improve your life in the long terms if you are not willing to also change lifestyle if you have bad habits.

I use arimidex to keep my estrogen low, without it I am still in normal but high normal. Its a personal choice.

Of course you need to change your life a bit too, seems logical to me. How can you have loads of energy if your drinking too much every day. The TRT helps but you need to help yourself too, i got fat (pre TRT) from drinking and eating too much. I was still exercising a lot but it did not help. You can't out-train a bad diet.

Not any sign to thight scrotum, act as normal.

No other side effects at all, exept I am not on any medication for depression which my doctors in my homecountry wanted me to start using! Medication that <deleted>,,ks up your hormones, and make your life worse if the only reason you are depressive is low T.

Im not saying SSRI are bad for those who need it, and T is not solution for psycotic ilnesses, struggle and depression, and can make it worse, alot worse.

I have two years experience with T now.

I have not decided yet, which product will be next, Im still reading clinicle tests about the different types. I still have very good resoults with Nebido, and it is only a cost matter going to Bangkok hospital paying up for regular tests and injection. On the other side do I really want to change something that works so perfect for me, in change for money? I will not administer Nebido myselves, since it is a huge dose, and very thick solution, and so far I never had pain or any other complications so far getting it. The nurses there is very proffessionals.

disclaimer, I feel like 35 again!

I exorcise quite alot, sleep good, eat well,  little alcohole and as little sugar as possible.

I also want to point out there is no shortcuts coming to feel well and be well even you take such a strong supplement. If you want resoults you need to be willing to work for it also! Educate yourselves and do everything within reasonable limits!

Im sure many abuse trt as well as any other thing possible to abuse.

That’s reasonable price.

so before wen u first started u did a blood test and what was the outcome? Was ur T level under the minimum allowance for ur age or? What made u decide to raise ur T levels?

The doctors told me I was in a depressive state, and wanted to put me on Lamictal or Lithium, and SSRI. I did my homework, saw I had been vitamin D defficient for years, and my testosteoron values, was like a 65 year old man, when I was 47.

I had gained weight the last few years, lost interest in life, dead tired after work, only sleep trough the evening and night, and I was used to be very active before my lifecrises came along with my back problem! so during the years, I moved less, eat worse, drink more, eat more sugar, and the end resoult was less sex, and at the very end no more morning erection, and sexual dysfunction where I failed having sex with women, and then isolated myselves more and more!

I got shocked when the doctor wanted to treat me with that kind of medication, and as I said, I educated myselves on depression, and other possible psychic diagnoses, before I started on Andriol testocaps 120 mg 3 weeks, and maintenance dose of 80 mg of week for another two months. I had great progress during this time. Start exorcise, smiling again, eat well, sleep better, and the rest i history. I then contacted the anti age center, and from there to now, everything have been under their supervision. I have had my best years in life since then, and I hope I can maintain this for a long long time now.

I could have worsen my situation with heavy medication based on doctors wrong decission. Vitamin D is one of the most important ingridents for a happy life, and also being in balance with many other vitamins and minerals of course.

Remember this is my personal story, and many can feel they have or had the same issues, and maybe I just have been lucky to be stubborn and finding my way. TRT is maybe not the solution for everybody and the right treatment for everyone. One thing I do not trust, is doctors who is no specialist in what they try to treath people for and with. Im not sure it is raight said, but I try.

Being defficient of essential important ingridients for your well being, can start a chainreaction in your body, as well your diet and lifestyle. Sometimes these things cooperate and make things worse.

Quick Q - Do you think you might have had Low T levels all your life? How many years back from 47 was everything OK?

I can trace vitamin d back 20 years, but at 47 was my first T check. I believe from 36 I started on my low T because of back problems, lack of activity and vitamin D. Before that I exploded in energy everytime I travelled to sun, or we had summer back home, and during the fall and winter less energy, but still enough to be active and happy.

Many factors leads to depression and low T, and what comes first is hard to know for most, but for me, it was back problems and inactivity. It is my best guess.

Yes, my back problem is not an issue anymore!

Back problems is also a stress related syndrom, so again, what comes first?

Genuine back problems or lower "back" pain from enlarged prostate with age? Lower Test:Oestrogen ratio is believed by some to be the cause of prostate enlargement.  DHT is the conventional wisdom culprit and it DOES stimulate prostate growth in puberty but some (myself included) question if it the cause in older age. I have been taking a DHT analog Proviron [mesterolone] for 5 years and find that I hardly ever need to get up in the night, whereas before it was common.
