I suppose it depends what they are being used for. I have been prescribed (but didn't take) prednisolone which is a general purpose steroid.

I guess I should have specified over the counter. My friend told me (bodybuilder) and I was just curious if it was true.

you're right, I remember the time that someone kicked Fatima Whitbread in the goolies and they were so brittle that they fell off.

After that incident they felt so sorry about it, that they let "her" compete in the ladies tournaments.

I thought that only happend to the fat bald elderly farangs.

On topic now, I would not take them if you don't know what your doing because without the right meds after it will take a long while until you are back to 100%. You might even get shrunk balls (only if you don't take the right stuff afterward or too much ect). Its definitely not something you would start with without reading up about it and thinking it over carefully.

As Mario noted, OTC sale of anabolic steroids is illegal, they are prescription onloy in Thailand. Obtaining them through any other means is a violation of Thai law and thus may not be discussed. Several posts have been deleted or edited accordingly.
