Internet problem in Jomtien

Featured Replies

Hi everybody,

is a couple of day already that my internet connection is slow and unstable  (i use 3bb and live in Jomtien, Thappraya road), before everything was ok.

I will like to know if any other member experience the same problem  or is just me.

Thank you

Same here, my 3BB has slowed and most days it flickers on and off several times a day. Annoying if i am downloading something.

Slowness can have many causes but if you lose sync on your xDSL often then it will most likely be a physical problem with the line or modem, and probably nothing to do with the 3BB service as such.

Sync problems are generally more common during rainy periods, such as we are having now.

Call them and they can test the line remotely and can usually tell where the fault is from that. In my experience someone will be out to fix it within 24 hours.

problem solved

Today i have called 3BB customer service, they promptly send a technician in my condo, he fix the problem and after he left i also recive a call to confirm that everything was fine.

I must say i never experience before in Thailand a quality of service like this

Very good job 3BB

Same here, 3BB came out straight away. They said the problem was my router which they were able to fix. Back up to speed. Well done 3BB.
