Questions on processing times for non o
Yeah, working around her time frames are hard, she an engineer and travels a lot to jobsites that sometimes take longer than expected. My only concern with a border bounce is that - The past 2 years in Thailand i was on an ED visa. April 20th 2025 i came back in the country (not on the student visa anymore) And the officer at the airport was very upset i was on a student visa for 2 years. I'm not sure if he thought i was trying to come back in on it again or if he was just having a bad day but he said don't do it again and here is a 60 day stamp, get the right visa. So i fear a little bit leaving again and trying to come back in on another 60 day. That's why i was trying to extend it here or just go apply for the non O outside of TH. Trying to limit my risk of any other issues that may arise. -
