Thanks to TV 11 news:

Krabi authority and the Oil Palm agriculturalist groups in Krabi are prepared to present 10,000 litres of PTT-certified bio diesel to His Majesty the King, according to Krabi Governor Siwa Sirisaowalak. He said the province has invited Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirinthorn to graciously officiate at the opening of the prototype of bio-diesel production plant, at the Krabi palm farmers' cooperative. 18.5 million baht was used to create the plant with collaboration from the Prince of Songkhla University. The plant has a production capacity of 10,000 liters per day. Apart from producing bio diesel as an alternative energy source for machinery, the local group also looks into making other use of the palm for commercial purposes.

Does this mean bio-diesel will be readily available in the South now?
