There is indeed no specific regulation on perfume.

1) There are restrictions in the amount of tobacco and alcohol stuff.

2) There are prohibited goods

3) All other is "personal effects" which is limited in value

The TAT site explains it quite good:

Thailand customs allows visitors to enter Thailand with personal effects, the value of which does not exceed 80,000 Baht, without paying import fees as long as: 1) the items are specifically for personal or professional use; 2) the amount of goods are reasonable; and 3) the items are not subject to restriction or prohibition.

Looks good at first sight but is quite "flexible" for estimation by customs officers.

If you are sure that your personal effects in total are within the 80000 Baht limit, just go through the green channel.

A good idea is to have receipts (from duty free e.g.) or other proof of value.

Expect problems if you have multiple packs of perfume e.g. (in the unlikely case of being stopped).

If you travel in a group (2 or more):

Each to his own baggage!

Never put/collect stuff of other persons in one bag.
