Medical insurance with preexisting condition coverage for short trip to USA

Anyone know of any Medical insurance with preexisting condition coverage for 4 month trip to USA?

I have a pre-existing condition covered in a health insurance plan, they also do travel insurance, I know this because I went to the above link and read through some of it, until it said they also do travel insurance, that said, they were the only company that took on my pre-existing condition without throwing the book at me, only charging me an extra $50 a month.

 

This company is giving the old school insurers a run for their money with their new ways.
