Specifically the microwave has bitten the dust in my 10 year old  leased condo.   I'd rather not bother the owner and would be OK to  have it repaired.    It isn't heating.

Or just buy a new one, they can be very cheap now for a basic model.

I doubt that it would be economical to repair a microwave oven unless it was a very expensive model. Even then, probably not worth it.
