"Sex moans" coming from next door - Thai TV and a lawyer take up the case!

Thailand's Amarin TV went to visit a woman staying at some flats who has had a lot of problems sleeping because of urgent female noises coming from next door.

 

These have included shouts of: "Jep jang luey - may wai laew" that roughly translates as "It's so painful - I can't stand it anymore". 

 

Thaivisa notes that such sentiments are usually associated with sexual pleasure.

 

Apart from that "Nong Luuk Peach" has heard a lot of noise of the bed in the next room shaking violently.

 

The sounds come between 2am and 3am. Though her friends reported similar occurrences between 6pm and 7pm in the evening. 

 

Luuk Peach said she had been at the flats in Soi Issaraphap (soi freedom) 39 for eight months. Everything was fine for the first four months until a woman she described as a friend moved in next door. 

 

She got so fed up with being unable to sleep that she recorded the noises and put them on Facebook. 

 

Then exasperated she wrote a polite note and stuck it to her neighbor's door. In part it said:

 

"Would you mind please having sex quietly. I need my sleep". 

 

This has had the desired effect as regard the screams but she can still hear the bed creaking. 

 

She told Amarin, reported by Sanook, that she is not shy to go round and tell the woman face to face if she is disturbed again:

 

"I shall tell her to please keep the noise down as I have to go and study in the morning. I'm not embarrassed - I will do it if I have to," said Luuk Peach. 

 

The management at the flats backed her up saying they had warned the occupants about the noise. The management said it was really loud and the residents had a legitimate complaint. If it goes on they will take the matter further. 

 

Meanwhile online lawyer Kertphon Kaewkert spoke to Sanook and said that the people making the noise could be fined under article 397. 

 

And they could face a 5,000 fine for the disturbances. 

 

The complaints come after a previous case posted on Facebook about a month ago.

If that is the complainant "Nong Luuk Peach" in the OP pic, I can understand what her potential beef may be: she's never been on the receiving end of carnal pleasure.

 

And as per excessive bedroom noises, there always is a solution:

 So Luuk Peach is not embarrassed, no the woman is just jealous that she is not getting any of the action.

Maybe she should knock on the door and ask, is there room for 1 more.

this is not funny when its you living there.

 

had a similar situation in the past on a daily basis. i could not speak to clients on the phone occasionally and stopped taking calls or was fearful of the screaming starting when i was on the phone so i would rush calls.

 

very over the top screaming type stuff. they knew i was there and i suspect some of it was intentional since it was so loud and so often.

 

ended up moving out of the place. sex or not you cant be that loud when your living in a communal setting like an apt or condo.

 

 

Been a while since I created such an issue.

I had the same problem coming from the rooms either side of me.  After a while I couldn't take it anymore and moved out of the brothel and into a hotel instead!  Easy mistake to make if you can't read Sanskrit.  

A wall of loud speakers blasting Thai rock music -- "Ok, no problem."
Someone having sex in their own apartment -- "You noisy.  You must go!"

Generally I find these sort of couples quite irritating, and why is it always 3am? Don't they have to go to work in the morning? However, If the girl is slim and beautiful I'll tolerate it occasionally, it can even make for some pleasant visualisation. Disappointment sets in if you discover that  the wanton couple are an obese cow and some gormless skinny looking hippy, in which case one should definitely complain. 

Lol I'd like to add some excellent Thai song that goes nicely with it. It's quiet too saucy for normal standards.

So I decided not to sing it. Still this is fun.

Unfortunately, this does nothing to help with the noise from the whips and chains.

In my apartment there's a couple who put so much enthusiasm into their bonking that when it's over even the neighbours have to have a cigarette.

If they fix the bed firmly to the wall it can really make a huge difference in the banging noise but how would i know... 

Much better to put the mattress right on the floor - I can't stand creaking bed frames.

Neighbor should buy them a sturdy bed. 

 

This is a serious issue, I am not even kidding. Nine out of ten beds are crap. Hotels and apartments need to start making investments in good, solid foundation beds that don't move.

In the 90's I lived in an Embassy Suites in the south of Denver. It would seem not all of the apartments had hard firewalls between them and worse still, adjacent apartments were mirror imaged and the beds were fixed to the wall. Woke up one very early morning not only to the sounds of very active sex next door, but my bed was moving as well. Given I'd been away from home and the wife for a couple of months by that time it was an unsettling experience.

In a rental apartment, they may have discovered another "Moaner Leaser".        sorry.

ditto. many apt are arranged like this with the bed headrests flush against the dividing wall on each side.

 

specifically a newly built condo in pattaya i lived in was built this way off plan. sure you "could" move it but as always as is common in asia the oversized matresses in small rooms made it difficult to do.

 

could hear every whisper at night from the neighbors, even the squishing liquid sounds from the act. fortunately at that location the guy had a stamina problem and never lasted more then five minutes.

 

im not sure how they fared when we got going on our end regularly into the early hours.

 

all we needed was a chrome pole, a bratwurst, a fat german and a cop and there was no need to even go into town.

Lots of these indian Pattaya developers forget about any wall isolation installation but atleast u always know exactly what tv channels ur neighbors are listening too and wen they have sex  it really becomes one happy community..

if she get laid too she will no longer complain.  she is in need and frustrated.  poor her.

I would like to comment but as there's no audible tape to listen to I can't pass a credible judgement!

 

I'm not understanding how, it's so painful, I can't stand it anymore , can being associated with sex. 

I usually scream, it's so good, give it to me more baby.
