Removal of brown age spots on the face

Featured Replies

I am looking for a dermatologist in Pattaya who practices the Q Switched Yag Laser used for removal of brown age spots on face.
It's for my thai girlfriend so i specify that i do not want a tourist trap like "Pan Clinic" or "Bangkok Hospital"

despite that comment i had all mine done at BPH satisfactorily and inexpensively, so much so i had my hands done too, a mole removed from my face and a wart from inside my nasal cavity

Are they Age spots or Melasma?

do not know, long since gone and never come back. They tested the mole but it was nothing

She has already tried Topical hydroquinone cream,  did not work !

I read that non-ablative fractional lasers are used on melasma with varying degrees of success, but without the risk of aggravating blemishes. In 3 to 4 sessions, a low power Q-Switched laser can also improve the appearance of melasma.
