August 8, 20187 yr depends on for what and who you need it for. Some lawyers are notary public and that might be accepted. I also know that is some instances people can use the social security office, in the case of certifying for a pension.

It's for my pension administration , to certify I am still alive ( not dead, otherwise they stop my pension ) "social security office, " what is this in Thailand and in which building I can find it ? ( and in this case, what is the name in Thai language ? ) thanks
August 8, 20187 yr Aforek if you are British the life certicate can be signed by a government official , policeman, doctor, school director. I get mine signed by my wifes cousin who is a school director, it is accepted no problem. Edited August 8, 20187 yr by colinneil

And now I use it every year, without a problem. Even free service from the amphur.
