Hi, my old student, Mr <<<<Name of missing person removed >>>> went missing at Morchit bus station on Sunday at about midday. 

 

He was under stress following a car accident and according to the bus driver had some sort of breakdown on the journey. The driver handed him over to the police in Ayuthya who detained him before releasing him the following day. He was briefly seen on CCTV at Morchit Bus station in Bangkok at midday on Sunday but has not been seen since and doesn't answer his phone. It is not clear whether he has any money with him. His wife and young daughter, family and friends are very worried about him.

<<<<Name of missing person removed>>>> and is an ethnic Karen who has spent many years educating Karen refugees from Burma. He was wearing a blue top and camouflage trousers and is about 5 foot 9/10 with dark curly hair. He speaks Karen, Thai and good English.

Please help us find <<<<Name of missing person removed>>>>. Do you know anyone who took a bus from Mae Sot to Bangkok on Saturday 18th August? Were you in Morchit station around midday on Sunday 19th August? If you have any information please let us know. Thank you.
