difference between leaving and returning to Thailand

Between Leaving Thailand with a valid visa and returning to Thailand by visa on arrival have to be at least 1 month difference?

I don't think you qualify for a 15 day visa on arrival. I think you will be getting a 30 day visa exempt entry.

There is no required time to be out of the country between leaving and re-entering the country. You could do it on the same day if you wanted to.

No. There is no such rule.

Nope, if you go by land you may need to stay out of the country for 1 day (depends upon the crossing you use), by air no minimum.
