Proof of address for visa extension (marriage)

I may be changing the method for extending my visa for later this year.

 

I know that tenancy agreements are required to present as evidence but could someone inform me whether staying in a serviced apartment for a relatively short-term period of say three months is also acceptable and if so what form of evidence would be required?

 

Can you also confirm that for money in the bank of 400K is it now only 2 months evidence as I recall that previously it was 3 months.

There is no requirement for for having a rental agreement for any amount of time.

A stay in a serviced apartment will be accepted. Some type of contract or agreement would be needed.

It has been 2 months for the money to be in the bank for a long time now.
