Rented house - insurance against equipment theft?

I will rent a house in Thailand where I will live alone.  I have various IT and multimedia equipment (touch-screen monitors, computers, audio equipment etc).

 

I want to insure this equipment against theft.  Should be straightforward I suppose.

 

But here's the catch.  I suspect that if anyone is going to steal some of this equipment, the felon will probably be one of my Thai extended family who visit me, (probably one of the teenagers).

 

You could say "Well, don't let them into your house!". In reality, the risk of one of them stealing from me is very low - it could be an opportunistic crime (pilfering).

 

But would an insurance policy include theft by someone who you willingly let enter your house?
