WP and working at other schools

Featured Replies

I know there is not a huge amount of information but here goes.

If a person has a WP from school A does school B still have to have the 2 mil and 4 employees or can they be hired anyway.

For another job and employer to be shown in a work permit the company/school would have to meet the same requirements for getting a new work permit. Required registered capital, 4 Thai employees and etc.

Not really sure what the actual rules are or will be. The only thing I have is reports in the news about what the decree said.

What will really count is the ministerial order or orders that will define what the requirements are.
