So much worries about a few T-shirts.. junta over reacts. Just be happy things like this will not help their popularity one bit. The more they act like this the less chance they have to stay in power.

You're right, but there again there are three people locked up - three families devastated, for no real reason.

The OP said it all, her three frightened sons were finally allowed to visit their mother in military custody.

Frightened children and allegations of treason for selling tee shirts!

Its sickening to be jailed over a few T shirts, I was just looking at the bright side of this.

I really don't understand the junta's fear for a few T shirts like this, i could get it if it was pro Thaksin propaganda (not that that would justify it but would understand their fear for Thaksin). The guys who like these T shirts are a small insignificant group who IMHO pose no real threat to the junta's power.

The NCPO has nothing whatsoever to do with peace and order and everything to do with repression and total control, and it is long overdue for them to be gone.

The best way to dispose of the NCPO will be for the Thai people to use their vote and remove the current leadership. For that to happen they will need to be able to see through all of the miss information and repression of the opposing parties which will be hard, but it is possible.

And by the way, well stated, you are exactly right.
