I started an IT service company in Thailand recently, and one of my potential client asked for the insurances to build more confident for the service agreement,

 

·        Employer’s liability insurance

·        Commercial General Liability Insurance (“CGL”): body injury and property damage

·        Intellectual property such as infringement of copyright, trademark, privacy violations, information theft, damage to electronic information, release of private information, etc.
