Psimbo
Ahhh, the ineffectual money pit that is CCTV- how many millions have been squandered (pocketed) on this over the years? Stand by for an announcement by the new Gov of more to come!

Retiredandhappyhere
Will these CCTV cameras be real ones? If so, will they still be working when a "sensitive" crime is committed, since they seem too have a very high failure rate.

sebastion
We all have to admit. The streets of Phuket are safe. Safer than our home countries. I can walk anywhere on this island at any hour and it's safe. Never been a victim of crime in my 13th year here. More CCTV reinforces it.
