so based on the facts that the people she swore said were there say under penalty of perjury it did not happen, you can still say it did.....nice one, and remarkably biased

Unacceptable comments from the president and unacceptable behaviour from the candidate in the meeting with the senators.

But very doubtful the senators will show them they don't agree with their behaviour and vote against the candidate, they just don't have the guts and lack moral decency.

Oh...if that is the game we are playing: how about a bunch of Republicans, voting for a guy who was obviously lying under oath?

Who presented an unstable personality and not even shied away from lunatic conspiracy- theories?

And a guy who still MIGHT be a sexual predator?

We are (maybe) biased on a #$%^&*! forum on the internet!

They are biased on the subject of a guy, who might shape 'Muricans lives and politics for decades!

Whine about that, for a change!

Except they don’t swear these things under oath.

The only people giving statements under oath are Dr Ford and Judge Kavanaugh.

Judge Kavanaugh has already demonstrably perjured himself on multiple occasions.

Kavanaugh’s ‘wing man’ Mark Judge (Ford’s witness) feigned no recollection in public but has since been interviewed by the FBI twice over two days.

Either the FBI don’t mind sitting for hours listening to Judge day he can’t remember or Mark Judge had a great deal to tell the FBI.

What part of a written testimony under penalty of perjury do you not understand?

There is zero corroborated evidence.

The entire thing is an orchestrated lie.

You can choose to ignore it

Okay: The Devil's Triangle is a drinking game with 3 shot- glasses in a triangle!

Do you have a daughter?

If you believe the bull- pucky he told, how about driving her over to a male- college dormitory and letting her walk in and shout "Anyone up for a Devil's Triangle?"

Just a drinking game, ey?!

Again, do you actually have any real evidence or just an emotional irrational reaction?

You’ve got your illiberal denial glasses on, you’ll deny evidence when presented or you’l claim the source, the Police and the FBI are all biased.

What about what I said, don't you understand?

He was asked, what a Devil's Triangle refers to (same as he was with barfing and boofing...)

and he made up some BS eg. he lied!

Okay...here is one more: he said, he learned about the New York Post -article, just on the day it was published!

Well...turns out, he sent some text messages about it to a friend, days BEFORE the article came out!

So...IMHO, making up false claims about stuff...that is lying in my book!

But you might have a different opinion about that!

What was that called in your world?
Oh yeah..."alternative facts"!

:coffee1:

so the looney left thinks writing in a yearbook is evidence and amounts to lying.

very weak nonsense you are peddling, but not surprising

Kavanaugh’s testimony before the Senate judiciary Committee amounts to lying, though it’s legally referred to as perjury.

What, where is the real evidence Kavanaugh committed Perjury before the Senate Judiciary committee.

It’s on video.

Get your illeberal denial glasses on because now Kavanaugh’s room mate is also on video:

Go wriggle:

Due process only applies when someone shares your political views. If they have different views, then a smirk is enough to convict.

(Illiberal) Due process = hiding 96% of the documentation, limiting the scope of the FBI inquiry to omit material witnesses.

I must admit I was utterly shocked when Tiny Don said Ford was a credible witness. It felt like the first tine in his presidency that he actually listened to advice, and showed some respect. Now, he quickly returns to his old form. He cannot help himself. His hatred, misogyny, lack of respect, lack of empathy and utter lack of kindness are so profound, so intense, that he cannot help but shoot himself in the foot, nearly every time he opens his foul mouth. He is a hater. What else can one say?

In my opinion Krazy Kav is more than likely guilty as charged. He just has that guilty white man smirk on his face. I truly hope he does not get confirmed. He is not supreme court caliber.

Amazing. Words fail me.

I didn't believe anything Ms Ford said. Totally unconvincing.

Up to you. Trump followers have great difficulty recognizing truth, especially when it comes to appointing a very biased Supreme Court judge by their supreme leader.

Sorry bud, only in your mind. There are more people who like and support Trump than you would like to believe in your bubble world.

More people support Trump than some would imagine, fair enough. Surely more people than some of us like. That said, still nowhere near a majority, or even most of the votes cast.

He's had 3 years of nothing but criticism and derision so I'm sure he is not losing sleep over senate moderate virtue signalers.

After this sc nonsense wraps up, then declassification of fisa docs, wrap up Mueller Russia conspiracy (Baker flipped), Trump will go on the offensive.
