Yes! Bigboy Furniture on Pattaya Tai Road stocks REPLACEMENT wheeled 5-star bases for swivel chair, nylon or chromed metal, sizes S/M/L. They're located on the south side of S. Pattaya Road, 1 block west of Sukhumvit Road (close to Big C Supercenter).
