This has been ill-thought through and poorly implemented, there will be huge growing pains, especially as despite federal rulings, the provinces have ultimate say. 

That's nonsense. 5 stores opened in my town yesterday and everything ran smooth. There were lineups in the morning just like Boxing Day, big deal! Same with online sales where a courier company delivered within a couple hours. Provincial laws covers most everything such as medical care and booze so why would pot be different!

It got going a few months late because some illegitimate Tories, mostly unelected former political bagmen held the legislation up in the Senate. Canadians wanted this and Young Justin Trudeau delivered. The biggest impact isn't about how pot is delivered or by who. It's about as of yesterday you can no longer become a criminal for having a small amount of pot on you.

Colorado - maybe the list is get shot, get car jacked, get harassed regardless of who you are or what views you have or what you are doing because so many have lost the plot, skiing, WW rafting, fishing ????
