Food when you take out the fat is usually pretty tasteless. When they make som tam they use palm sugar. I don't have sugar on anything so I thought I'd be smart one time and ask for no sugar. Tasted awful. Now I just ask them to use half what they would normally use. Fairly bland and many people would not like it.

With low fat yoghurts, most contain anywhere from three to six teaspoons of sugar. While Dutchie low fat does taste nice, you're better off with plain yoghurt like Yolida and adding fresh fruit yourself. Better for you.

Thanks everyone. I know about the dutchie brand but that is flavoured coconut yoghurt, not real coconut yoghurt. I want the real stuff made with coconut cream and live enzymes, I'm surprised noone does this here. I can make it myself with probiotic capsules I'm just impatient and was hoping I could purchase it. ????
