Anyone with a tiny amount of insight and empathy can look at Trumps twisted features and realise that there is something deeply unsound going on inside his head. Most American's who live outside the US, and many within it, realise that his boastful behaviour is not acceptable in civilised countries. A Trump like man holding forth on how magnificent he was in Europe - for example - would simply be despised as everyone fled to the far end of the bar to get away from him.
