Leicester City football club owner's helicopter crashes outside stadium

I'll never understand karma.

People become famous and live wonderful graced lives and die in an accident or worse, in the case of 2 of the Beatles, for example, or Marc Nolan.

RIP Vichai, if that's appropriate to say to a Buddhist.

Not really, 'normal people' go at a much faster rate, just unnoticed and unsung. And who is Marc  Nolan?

Thats because Karma doesnt exist its  all about chance, drop a  billion pins out of a box onto the floor, one might stand upright land on its tip but how about if  one lands upright and stands on its tip and then another stands  on top of that ones tip also.

The plane crash with 400 people on board, all die , one survives it becomes "miracle" the other 399, non miracles

The  more you do something the more chance something will happen that's  not  usual/normal, increases more with time. Others  will say miracle

Karma, I slap 100 people in the face at random, 99 of them look shocked and  do nothing,  the last one turns round and  kills me, if I hadnt slapped the last one "karma" would have done nothing.

Plenty of  people who have done awful things in their lives die peacefully/naturally after slaughtering  millions, there is  no karma only the chance the more you do something it  may have an effect back on you, note "may" not  "will" due to numbers.

No fireball in the mini. Fire the worst way to die, apparently the most painful.

Indeed bad and very sad news. My condolences to Thais and his family. Anyone hear of any preliminary examination or reason why the 'copter went down? I assume the 'regular pilot' was there and so familiar with the area.

Why so much secrecy about who was on the board?

Isn't that obvious? They will announce tomorrow afternoon after the markets openend and people in the know dumped or bought the stocks. TiT after all.

He is well loved by Thais. Heard Toon’s cross country run was actually collaborated by him and he gave the first million. Wish him and all those aboard well.

Really? He is one of the most corrupt people in Thailand. I do wish him well though.

It is proportionate to social status.

Know any successful businessman locally and internationally who are not corrupted. Many Thais and myself judged him on his philanthropy gestures and what he gave back to society.

I hate to speak ill of him, as he now cannot answer. However, he was alleged by my Thai friends to be very corrupt. Duty-free goods can involve many scams and bribes (some stuff is Chinese A+++ copies). He bought the club for a song, but his trading as King Power made him a multibillionaire. His high social status and his connections with the highest, meant that he had wrapped-up the whole duty-free scam in Thailand for the past 30 years. But he was also kind to his fans at LC, giving out free hot drinks and scarves to thousands.

Leicester Police have announced Vichai died from 3rd degree burns no mention of others

no such report from the police as yet . .

Defiantly not the sort of comment that would be made by any UK police force as an autopsy would be needed to determine the cause of death.

No bodies will be moved from the scene until the AAIB lead investigator say's so, and I doubt that will happen until they can survey the sight in daylight, and have the area screened off.

This is one accident investigation that may prove more interesting than normal.

Certainly over shadows the Thai cave footballers visit to the UK.

Most people understand there is a time and a place for most things and besmirching a man so soon after his death is definitely not the time to do it.

What do you know to make you say that?  Nothing that could be backed up, I suspect.

It still doesn't make him a good person. I feel for his family, but he is no legend and I hope people remember him for who he was and not what kind of nice gestures he made. This is very Thai.

There is NO such thing as karma, if there was people like Pol Pot would not die in bed and vechai would still be here
