Cool in upper Thailand as thunderstorms continue elsewhere

BANGKOK, 29th October 2018 (NNT) — Cool conditions are expected to continue in the upper part of Thailand while thunderstorms are forecast to remain in the East and the South of the country.

13 Wild Boar players and coach visit England

BANGKOK, 29th October 2018 (NNT) - The 12 Wild Boar boys and their coach arrived in England on Saturday and went to the Aon Training Complex of Manchester United to give them great moral support. The young soccer players practiced and learned skills from the club's coach before visiting Old Trafford, Manchester United's main stadium.

JAKARTA (Reuters) - A Lion Air flight with at least 188 people on board is believed to have sunk after crashing into the sea off Indonesia's island of Java on Monday, shortly after take off from the capital on its way to the country's tin-mining hub, officials said.

Nine injured as Bangkok bus rams power pole

Eight people were injured slightly when a city bus plying on route number 48 (Ramkhamhaeng 2-Wat Pho) crashed into a power pole near Sukhumvit Soi 48 in Bangkok’s Khlong Toei district on Monday morning, causing a traffic jam.
