Had a look but could not find these.

Some Immigration offices now require extra forms in addition to all the usual stuff they always want.

These forms are:-

Acknowledgment of Penalties for Overstay  Acknowledgment of Penalties for Overstay-02.pdf

Conditions of Temporary Stay  Conditions of Temporary Stay.pdf

Foreign National Information Form  Foreign National Information Form.pdf

These are fillable PDF forms that can be saved and used every time - just change the dates.

A couple of points about form filling, People and computers usually don't like empty spaces, instead of leaving a space blank I write in N/A (means not applicable or no answer)

Also when form filling to go to the next field just use the TAB no need to reposition the curser with the mouse every time.

Hope this is of some help to someone

Each immigration office may have a different version of those forms is a problem people encounter when they go to apply for an extension.

For example the office here has the overstay rules and conditions of stay on one sheet of paper with one on the front and the other one on the back.

Well, as is often said, better to have too many forms than get sent back for not having the right one.

Did my annual retirement extension just last week and they took those three forms as they had the last couple of years.

Got caught out by not having house book and map that I didn't know about, so instead of being in and out in about half an hour as usual had the runaround that took several hours.

Also said they were coming to the house to take photos. Seems like a step backwards. I converted from marriage to retirement visa to stop all that nonsense.

There was a stack of application forms almost an inch thick for each applicant on her desk :w00t:

What DO they do with all that paperwork?

So which "wondrous" immigration office is it, then, that still requires the Foreign National Information Form (and also insists on doing house visits for retirement extensions)?
