last month i was sick with lung infection, this caused my insurance to require me to get a fit to fly cert, doctors would not isssue me a cert.

so, i over stayed approx 13 days, went to airport , paid fine of 6,500 baht and apologised and told them i was sick,     end of. there was no questions asked.

i do not think they put a blacklist stamp on my passport . ( what does an overstay stamp look like ? )   ive attatched my passprt page for you guys to have a look

that was 6 th november 2018.  approx 10 days ago

now something has suddenly come up, i need to get back to thailand ( only for 1 week ) i have bought the return tickets for 2 persons, my farang girlfriend is travelling with me.   its her first time in thailand.

1.  what are chances of being refused, hi, med, slim ?

2.  if refused could i book us a flight to phnom penn or vietnam ?

3. or would they put us on next available flight out of country to my expense ?

4.  is there any way possible i could get an emergency visa in next 24 hrs online ?

cheers

No. In rare cases, an honorary consulate just might be able to help with a visa while you wait, but there is no such thing as a Thai e-visa.

I gave my opinion on your other questions in an earlier thread.

Good luck!

If you are prepared to show financial proof and proof of your illness as a reason for over your overstay I would say the chances are slim to medium. It also helps that your returning from the UK. Most people having problems are entering from a nearby country.

Perhaps look at your earlier topic again.

If you have a booked round trip, from and back to the UK, then there is a risk of being interviewed by the supervising IO, but doubt very much that they would not let you in after you have explained the reason of your previous overstay.
