  • He is expected to be immediately re-arrested for another crime. Hopefully that was insulting the monarchy, then he will be in for some serious porridge.

It would be so nice to see a concerted effort to get rid of the foreign scum here. There is so much of it.

or mushroom picking.  Three years for murder? sorry assault that ended in death!  That'll teach him not to do it again.

Probably another "Fall from Grace", while living the "High Life" - like his counterpart Luke Cook and his wife Kookkai....555+++

Somebody "Paid the piper"      If you can find the cash, this is quite normal in Thailand

Bagnato saw the murder charge overturned, and was instead sentenced to three years for assault. That's a joke.
Too bad that the report does not describe, what new evidence has led to such a serious change of judgment. That would have made the judges of the first instance indeed completely wrong.
But, there coming up huge doubts about the legal System.
Btw, greetings from Red Bull.

And Koh Thao.

Or in broad daylight anywhere. He might be a mug but he's a 1%er a kickboxer with more than a few ring fights under his belt and kidnapped, tortured and subsequently killed a bloke over a drug debt hardly a <deleted> lightweight. Just the usual TV barstool special forces gang acting tough.

Or being a Burmese labourer in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Or in the open. This person is serious scum and he has good money connections.

He can almost get away with murder. A few more lollies and he will be free.

As can anyone with money and a good lawyer anywhere in the world. Such is life

Can you say "Brown Envelope"

I normally find the "brown envelope" thing so boring, so worn out, so overdone.

But in this case, I totally agree.

Brown envelope !!!

No "special forces", but I've done a fair share of target shooting with handguns.

Wow, you have sure impressed me. Was that the plastic "gekko" hand gun, the air hand gun or the quick throb hand gun to the face.

Rule number 1. Do not brag about your weapons training in public.

Number 2. Do not threaten to do something you cannot do unless you have a shoot em up in the school mentality. And that is what it sounds like to me.

3. This man actually killed someone. Look at the photo junior, he actually looks like someone who can kill. Not your pretend stuff.

Maybe they’re releasing him and someone odds him...

Being accused of murdering a Hells Angel boss, if he stays out of jail he will be a marked man and will have to go into hiding.
