I see the posting history is now added to the bottom of the page but it seems to me not all posts are displayed and the posts seem to list from the start ie. first post. How is the latest post found ? I don't understand this new feature. Can someone please explain how to use it to navigate through a thread.

IMHO...it wasn't broke and it didn't need fixing (or improving). I think this new feature detracts from TV's user-friendliness.

At the tread's window you will see the"option" botton above (beside rating ****)

at "options" > at the "display mode" choose "switch to :Standard"

      Picture courtesy of Kaoded. A 59-year-old assistant village headman has died after he veered his car off a winding road and overturned into a canal in Phatthalung Province. His body was discovered by local residents on the morning of 4 July, still seated behind the wheel. At around 07:00, Pol. Lt. Wutthichai Saengchatri, the duty investigator at Khuan Khanun Police Station, was notified by a local resident of an overturned car submerged in the canal near the entrance to a slaughterhouse in Moo 1, Makok Nuea Subdistrict. The tip-off came after a morning jogger noticed the rear wheels of a car protruding from the water. Emergency services rushed to the scene, where they found a gold Toyota Vios, registration number from Phatthalung, overturned and submerged. Only the rear wheels were visible above the waterline. Rescue personnel spent over 30 minutes carefully recovering the vehicle, fearing there might be a body trapped inside. They discovered the lifeless body of Mr. Alongkorn, still gripping the steering wheel in his full official uniform. His hands were stiff, and he appeared to have died in the exact posture of driving. Identification documents and confirmation from relatives verified his identity. Mr. Alongkorn served as assistant village headman of Moo 9, Sai Liap Village, in the same subdistrict. It is believed he was driving to visit his wife in Chai Buri Subdistrict, Mueang District, after finishing official duties, using a poorly lit, winding road that runs alongside the railway. Initial investigations revealed no signs of braking at the scene. Authorities suspect he may have either fallen asleep or failed to negotiate a sharp bend, causing the vehicle to plunge into the canal and overturn. The site has no guardrails or bridge embankments. Relatives told police they had tried to contact him repeatedly throughout the night after he left home in the evening but received no response. Concern grew when he failed to return home as usual. They began searching local routes but found nothing until the discovery was made in the morning by a passerby. Authorities have stated that further inquiries will be conducted to determine the precise cause of the crash, including reviewing any nearby CCTV footage, examining the condition of the vehicle and interviewing anyone who had seen him earlier in the evening. Mr. Alongkorn’s body has been sent to Khuan Khanun Hospital for autopsy before being released to the family for funeral rites. Adapted by Asean Now from Kaoded 2025-07-05

Officers from The Department of Special Investigation (DSI) arrested a key figure in the notorious “Mae Manee” pyramid investment scheme at Suvarnabhumi Airport on 3 July, as she attempted to board an international flight to celebrate her birthday. The suspect, identified as Ms. Parnhathai (alias Narissara), was apprehended at approximately 13:00, at the international departures hall of Suvarnabhumi Airport. She was detained under an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Criminal Court (No. 26/2566, dated 26 September 2023) in connection with Special Case No. 9/2020. According to the DSI, Ms. Parnhathai acted as a lead recruiter, or “team mother”, in the large-scale Ponzi scheme orchestrated by Ms. Wantanee, widely known by her alias “Mae Manee”. The fraudulent operation, which advertised on various Facebook pages such as “Maneerat Surangmathuros Tham Sawangkun”, “Nadear Wanthanee”, “Mungmee Srisuk Baramee Puenpoon”, and “Deposit for the Future”, lured over 1,000 victims with false promises of extraordinarily high returns on short-term investments. Victims were enticed to deposit as little as 1,000 baht with promises of monthly returns as high as 93%, and in some cases, annual rates as high as 3,040%. These advertisements often appeared as livestream videos or written posts, showcasing fabricated testimonies and exaggerated claims of profit. Authorities allege that Ms. Parnhathai played a significant role in managing and expanding the network of investors, which ultimately defrauded 1,133 individuals of over 200 million baht. Her arrest marks a major development in the ongoing crackdown on illegal financial schemes that prey on the public through social media. Upon arrest, officers informed her of her rights in accordance with Thai criminal procedure law, including continuous video and audio recording during the arrest and detention. She was then handed over to the DSI’s Division of Off-System Financial Business Crimes, where she was formally questioned and is expected to be held in pre-trial detention as investigations continue. The case against “Mae Manee” and her network involves 31 suspects in total. DSI Director Pol. Lt. Col. Anon Untrichan assigned senior officers, including Ms. Parim Sariya and Lt. Worawan Rakpayak, to oversee the interrogation and legal proceedings. The DSI urges the public to exercise extreme caution when approached with investment schemes promising unusually high returns and to report any suspicious activity to authorities.
