Its time they started handing out automatic prison sentences (i.e. 6months) for anyone caught driving under the influence...

And of course, far more severe penalties for anyone involved in an accident caused by them driving under the influence....

...this guy was very lucky he didn't kill the Policeman - having proven himself not fit for society he needs to be locked to think about his stupidity and send a message to the rest of the potential drunk drivers...

If they start putting them away then half the Police Force would be in Prison for a start as they are some of the worst offenders around our way !

Would of taken real patience from me not to go and put 1 behind his ear. If they could get a handle on impaired driving here, I believe you could cut the road mortality rate by half. But to do this imo they would have to incarcerate on first offence, something face ruled Thailand probably wouldn't tolerate.

Copper wasn't wearing a reflective tabard, stood in the middle of the road at night and parked his bike in a dangerous place. Completely the copper's fault....as I'm sure that the pickup driver will say.

Looka t eh2 cops after the accident.  They just walk around like zombies.

In most countries, the cops would be already at the truck and getting the driver out and under arrest.
